It is always nice to refresh the recollection of the terms and policies you agreed to when signing up for our services. Every binding legal document is published at advancedhosting.com/documents. The agreement between us is the Master Service Agreement; the rest — acceptable use, privacy, service levels, claims — sit alongside it.

The documents
Navigate to advancedhosting.com/documents or follow the links below. Start with the Master Service Agreement; the other documents are linked from it.
Master Service Agreement — the contract between you and us: what we undertake to provide, what you undertake, payment, liability, suspension, and termination. This is the document people mean by "the agreement".
Acceptable Use Policy — what may and may not run on our network. Worth reading before you deploy anything unusual, and the basis on which abuse reports are judged — see Reporting abuse and making a complaint.
Privacy Policy — what personal data we hold, why, and for how long. The Cookie Notice covers the website itself.
Claim Consideration Policy — how a claim or complaint is handled and in what time.
Know Your Customer Procedure — when we have to establish who a customer is. This is the background to identity verification.
Service Level Agreements — availability commitments, published per service. Check the one that matches what you bought rather than assuming a single figure covers everything.
Transparency reports are published yearly, and a Policy FAQ answers the questions the documents raise most often.

Earlier versions
Superseded versions of the agreement stay published, each dated. If you signed up under an earlier one, you can read the terms as they were at the time rather than the current text.
Which applies to you
The agreement in force is the current one, unless your contract says otherwise. If you have a signed individual agreement with us, that document governs, and the published one fills the gaps.
If you need a copy for your records, a signed original, or a clarification of a clause, ask us in a ticket — the billing department can also confirm which version your account signed up under.
